He began his career in improv comedy and eventually got a role on Saturday Night Live where he played his most recognized role as Mitt Romney. Most of his early work includes 30 Rock, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Going the Distance, and We're the Millers. The multifaceted artist has had other minor but important roles throughout his career, but he really started to branch out from comedy with his guest appearance in The Mandalorian as a Biker Trooper. Colossal is a 2017 science-fantasy film that follows Gloria, an unemployed writer struggling with alcoholism and an abusive colleague, manifests a giant creature in Seoul. In this film, Sudeikis gives life to Oscar, a childhood friend of Gloria who runs his late father’s bar. He offers Gloria a job at the bar but this doesn’t help with Gloria’s alcohol problem. In the end, Oscar is killed when Gloria went to South Korea where she can use her avatar to throw him far away from the playground.
