Spider-Man and Mary Jane have long been wowing audiences with their enviable couple style dating back to the 1960s (or specifically Y2K if you're preferential to Tobey Maguire's rendition). However, Tom Holland and Zendaya, the couple's real-life counterparts, are turning up the dial with their latest red carpet appearances.

The duo has been busy promoting their latest film, Spider-Man: No Way Home, the third installment of Holland's Spider-Man trilogy. Way back in 2017, when he first put on the red and blue spandex, Holland stuck to jeans and button-downs while off duty. It wasn't anything too exciting, and his slicked-back hair was just begging to be let loose.

Zendaya on the other hand, has long been courting the fashion world, largely thanks to her work with stylist Law Roach. The two have created a look for Zendaya that is endlessly refined, while still allowing for moments of fun and flair. Now that Zendaya and Holland have coupled up, Roach has taken the latter under his wing, and the move is quickly paying off. Holland has been spotted in chic suiting, well-fitting knitwear, and is donning a lush, curly mop. Take a look at the couple's best outings below.

In 2017, Holland was still working with his light wash denim and open blazers. Tragic. Zendaya stunned in a loose summer dress and matching heels. Plus, we got our first glimpse at the color-coordinated couple.

Four days later, it was a better outing for both in Barcelona, Spain. Holland kept it safe with an all-black ensemble and leather jacket. Zendaya stepped out in a riskier color combination: red and green. Still, the look is far from cartoonish, maintaining a perfect balance from top to bottom.

Holland posted this sweet flick to his Instagram with co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon. The trio were off promoting their film at Disneyland. Even outside the red carpet, they play off each other well with greys and blacks, and shapes that eccentuate the form.

In 2019, the pair complemented each other nicely in plum and dark green. Holland was clearly still clinging to his sneakers, but in a more grown-up matte black. Zendaya also opted for a mature look with subtle styling and glowy makeup.

For Zendaya's birthday in 2019, Holland posted this candid shot of the couple. As many fans have pointed out, his captions for Zendaya have evolved. "The birthday girl!" he wrote in 2019. This year, he instead captioned the post, "My MJ." The message, as should be expected, caused a flurry of excitement online.

The confirmation of the couple's romance seemed to come this year when they attended a wedding together in August. Photos of the pair cuddled up and dining together suggested a level of seriousness that their previous car makeout photos did not. Furthermore, they looked incredibly elegant with Holland in a black suit and Zendaya in a floor-length, tan gown.

The couple attended the Ballon D’Or in Paris togehter, and they did not hold back on their fine attire. Holland arrived in a black suit and bowtie with subtle reflective detailing on the lapel. Zendaya, on the other hand, turned every fashion-obsessed head in an archival Roberto Cavalli dress complete with a metallic, golden spine.

On the Spider-Man: No Way Home press tour, the duo made a stop at The Graham Norton Show. Between their humourous tales and discussions of their height difference, we almost missed this enviable fashion moment. Holland came in a pair of fashionable glasses (purely aesthetic, he vision is perfect), a dark suit and sweater, and (finally!) boots. Zendaya went for color with a bright green set and perfectly paired purple blouse.

Their red carpet debut! At last! Holland and Zendaya stepped out together at the London premiere of Spider-Man: No Way Home. After all their coquettish press tour interactions and seperate red carpet walks, we finally have the loving shots of the pair that we deserve. To boot, they looked fantastic in Alexander McQueen (Zendaya) and Celine (for Holland).

The best thing about Zendaya and Holland's traveling fashion show (or press tour, if you prefer) is that it just made its finale. They took to the red carpet one more time in Los Angeles. Zendaya wore a custom spiderweb-adorned Valentino dress, while Holland opted for a sleek, custom Prada suit. The actress' look was completed by a lace face mask, Bulgari earrings, and Christian Louboutin heels.
