The wait is over. Phoebe Philo has unveiled the first collection of her namesake brand. The British designer, but with French origins, debuts with her eponymous brand and is also at the forefront as a model for the lookbook of the women's collection.

After six long years of waiting since her last experience as creative director of Celine, the collection was presented on Philo's official website and is supported by the French holding company LVMH in the role of minority shareholder. The goal is to propose "a line of clothing and accessories rooted in quality and exceptional design" and the result is a transversal collection, suitable for any occasion with daywear, formal garments, and a hint of evening wear.

The Phoebe Philo collection

After having been the creative director of Chloé and Celine, the time has come to return to the spotlight with her namesake brand. Philo's aesthetic takes us back to her masterful ability to represent the powerful woman with her bold elegance and her brazen minimalism learned during the '90s and expressed in her fashion shows during the 2000s.

Phoebe Philo's wardrobe is defined by sequined dresses, immaculate shirts, tailored suits, austere trench coats, cargo pants, leather jackets, asymmetric skirts with frayed hems, combined with Philo's absolute trademark accessories: parallelepiped bags, very low-cut pumps and shoes with square toes, moccasins with heels, sunglasses and earrings.
