New NYC Store Openings to Check Out This Fall

Check out New York City's brand new stores open this fall.

As we have officially entered the holiday season, there's nothing better than the addition of a few new stores for you to shop in for inspiration. New York City’s SoHo region is no stranger to high-end fashion, making it the perfect place to start your spree. Here, L’OFFICIEL has put together a list of NYC store openings for you to explore.

Marimekko

Finnish design house Marimekko has returned to New York with the opening of its new store located in heart of SoHo at 97 Wooster Street. The dynamic store concept includes a studio-like space designed to ultimately serve as more than just a store but as a creative hub for the Marimekko community. Carefully selected design and material choices were made throughout the space with industrial architecture influences from Marimekko's textile printing factory used as inspiration for the store interior.

Staud

The Los Angeles-based brand Staud is bringing its West Coast energy to New York City with the opening of its second brick-and-mortar store in SoHo at 45 Greene Street.

Toteme

 

Kiton’s new Madison Avenue location will be the brand’s first location dedicated to the women’s collection. The elegantly designed interior matches the brand’s persona and perfectly combines New York’s charm with the Italian brand. The womenswear is carried on the first floor and the menswear is carried on the second floor of the store. Kiton opens on September 13 and is located at 692 Madison Avenue.

Courrèges

 

Courrèges' brand new SoHo location is a dream. The 1,000-square-foot space is filled with an all-white interior with a mirrored ceiling and walls. The boutique’s futuristic and minimal design draws attention to the brand’s chic apparel and accessories and features both the men’s and women's collections. Courrèges opens on September 8 and is located at 104 Grand Street.

Maiden Name

 

Founded in 2019, the NYC-based brand finally opens its doors on September 8. Collections designed and made in NYC will be featured in the boutique alongside accessories and home decor. Maiden Name is located at 21 Orchard Street.

Mulberry

The UK-based brand has set the tone of its newest location with a colorful array of British design and architectural elements. An array of bags are playfully displayed throughout the store and new seasonal products are also featured inside. Mulberry’s latest sustainability measure and Made to Last Program are also featured in-store through the Pre-Loved Program, which allows customers to give and purchase vintage Mulberry bags which have been authenticated and refurbished. Mulberry’s NYC location is located at 100 Wooster Street.

Kiton

 

The Stockholm label has taken on the streets of New York with an eccentric modern interior paying homage to its Swedish roots. In collaboration with Swedish architects, the boutique will also feature textured candleholders, a decorated leaf-shaped plate, and a steel cabinet display. The uniquely crafted design accentuates the collections featured in-store. Toteme opens on July 25 and is located at 49 Mercer Street.

Jennifer Fisher

Famous for her iconic hoop earrings seen on Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, and Rihanna, Jennifer Fisher has returned to New York City to open up the brand’s only New York location. Decorated with exposed brick and a virtual hall of mirrors, the simplistic design fits the NYC spirit while also accentuating the gold and silver pieces laying on display. Jennifer Fisher’s jewelry shop opens on June 22 and is located at 400 West Broadway. 

Givenchy

Givenchy opens its doors to New Yorkers with its natural-toned two-story boutique. Featuring both women’s and men’s ready-to-wear alongside accessories and exclusive capsules, the boutique is designed with a calming natural stone-gray palette that alludes to the streets of SoHo and mimics the feel of the historical buildings. Givenchy’s NYC location at 94 Greene St. is open now.
