All the Best Spring/Summer 2025 Looks From the Paris Fashion Week Runways
The city of light is looking brighter than ever.
Paris Fashion Week has solidified itself as not only one of the most anticipated fashion weeks season after season, but one of the most anticipated events each year. The largest houses from Loewe to Hermès use this week to unveil their collections borne from dedication and artistry. Plus, what is seen on the runway this week will mark the trends for the year to come and will ultimately influence the entire industry for the next season. Each season, somehow, Paris Fashion Week gets bigger and better, and we couldn’t be any more excited to see what Spring/Summer 2025 has for us.
The backdrops for this season's shows are both unexpected and an homage to one’s heritage. Coperni’s collection will be presented at Disneyland Paris, a venue that has never held a runway, filling the "happiest place on earth" with a further touch of magic. Plus, Chanel returns to the Grand Palais, the place that has seen many masterful collections presented by the late Karl Lagerfeld and that transformed itself into an airport, a grocery store, and a number of other intriguing attractions for the maison. But grand venues and gestures are not unique to these two brands, as it seems like “go big or go home” is a common theme throughout the Spring/Summer 2025 showcases. Dior, for example, had a professional archer shoot arrows while the models walked the runway at Musée Rodin. While Saint Laurent wasn't literally hitting bullseyes, their show was a standout, bringing model Bella Hadid back to the runway for the first time in two years. Lastly, Paris Fashion Week will be the first to witness the highly awaited Valentino Spring/Summer 2025 collection with Alessandro Michele’s runway debut after being assigned Creative Director, one of the most anticipated moments of the season.
The front rows of Paris Fashion Week are always packed with celebrities, some predictable and others more unexpected, and this season is no exception. Some of the big names who witnessed this phenomenon include Rosalía and Natalie Portman at Dior, Cardi B at Balmain and Rick Owens, Zoë Kravitz and Kate Moss at Saint Laurent, Ayo Edebiri at Loewe, among others.
