Is Prince Harry Unhappy with His Move to the United States?
Angela Levin, a royal affairs expert, recently noted that since moving to California, Prince Harry has been "a shadow of himself," making it impossible to identify in his recent appearances the prince she once knew. The author of Harry: Conversations with a Prince, which includes exclusive access and interviews with the royal, believes that the Duke of Sussex has not yet found "a place he could call his own."
According to the biographer, the Duke of Sussex misses other members of the royal family such as his cousins and Queen Elizabeth. According to the British newspaper Daily Express, the author recalled that, in an interview, the prince declared that he adored the Queen and had not left the royal family before because he wanted to spare her. He was also very close with his brother Prince William, although there have been rumors of a rift.
Levin also notes that life in the U.S. has been doing Meghan Markle, who is flourishing, very well, while, for her husband, it has not been satisfactory. The Sussexed initially left the royal family in March 2020 and moved to Canada, before officially settling in Markle's home state of California. As a result of their exit from royal life (which many have dubbed "Megxit"), the couple gave up their royal titles, meaning they are not referred to as His or Her Highness.
