Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel

Priced at $120 million, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel and Miranda Kerr have closed a deal on one of the most expensive homes in California. The gorgeous mansion is located in Holmby Hills and shares the street with the Playboy Mansion. While the combined four-acre property is under renovation, Kerr and Spiegel are spending their time in their $12 million mansion in Brentwood. 

Jay Z and Beyoncé

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are two of the most beloved couples in pop culture, and they own one of the most expensive homes in California. The mansion is located in the Bel Air and was designed by architect Paul McLean. The home of the Grammy Award-Winning couple has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, basketball courts, swimming pools, a screening room, and a library. Additional features include a recording studio, a fitness suite, and a hot tub. With all the luxury in this mansion, it is priced at $120 million. 

The Weeknd

The Weeknd purchased the 33,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion with amenities such as a hammam and an indoor pool. The $70 million mansion features a gym, movie theater, and music studio, while the exterior boasts a sports court and an infinity pool with a waterfall. 

Kim Kardashian West

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West purchased their Hidden Hills estate back in 2014. When the house was first acquired, the price of the property was $20 million, and after ongoing renovations of the house, the value of the home increased to $60 million. The house has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and panoramic views from every room. 

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

Since 2008, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been the owners of Chateau Miraval, a French villa with its accompanying vineyard. The estate features 1,200 acres of land and a private lake. The mansion is reportedly $60 million. The home was built in the 17th century, and since the acquisition of the property, the Jolie-Pitts have since then invested in renovating the Chateau—swimming pools, a movie theater, and a helicopter pad are some of the new amenities added to their luxurious home. Chateau Miraval was also the location of their wedding when the couple married in 2014. 

Tommy Hilfiger

Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger owns one of the most beautiful manors. Sold in 2021 for $45 million, the mansion seems to have been transported out of a Disney movie into Greenwich, Connecticut. The home boasts six ensuite bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Other luxuries include antique fireplaces, limestone tile with wood inlays, and a billiards lounge. 

Jennifer Lopez

This Bel Air eight-acre mansion is priced at $40 million and is owned by none other than Jennifer Lopez. The spectacular house has its own lake and a beach, with the architecture of a romantic French stone country villa. In order to get to the house, one enters crossing a bridge over a creek. 

Kylie Jenner

Socialite and makeup mogul Kylie Jenner recently purchased a $35.6 million contemporary mansion located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in California. Situated in Holmby Hills, the mansion's amenities are multiple wet bars and game rooms, a guard shack for security, a gym, and a home theater, all in the style of a European home. 

George Clooney

In 2002, George Clooney purchased the Lake Como villa for $30 million, a mansion that was built in 18th-century Italy. The villa comes with 25 rooms, an outdoor theatre, a swimming pool, and a garage. In addition to the amenities mentioned, it also has landscape gardens and a separate room for making pizza. One of the neighbors of this gorgeous villa is fashion designer Donatella Versace. 

Taylor Swift

In 2013, Grammy Award-Winning Taylor Swift purchased this beautiful 12,000-square-foot beachfront mansion in Rhode Island's Watch Hill. The mansion is priced at $20 million and was the inspiration for the song "The Last Great American Dynasty" on her album Folklore.
