Adele has just purchased a $58 million mansion in Beverly Hills, the star-studded neighborhood of Los Angeles famous for housing some of your favorite celebrities. In fact, the "Easy on Me" singer bought her new lodgings from Rocky star Sylvester Stallone.
The house, located in North Beverly Park, has an incredible 1,726 square meters spread over eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Originally the property was designed by architect Richard Landry, who has earned a reputation as the "King of the Megamansion." Other amenities include a gym, sauna, swimming pool, movie theater, bar, and two adjoining guest houses.
Originally, Stallone listed the property for a staggering $110 million, but eventually lowered the price after several months without an offer.
