Victoria Beckham shared a photo of the couple, which went viral and turned her husband into a meme.

<p style="text-align:justify"><a href="https://www.revistalofficiel.com.br/pop-culture/21-anos-de-victoria-e-david-beckham-veja-as-imagens-mais-adoraveis-do-casal">David Beckham</a> vowed &quot;revenge&quot; against his wife, fashion designer&nbsp;<a href="https://www.revistalofficiel.com.br/moda/looks-vintage-de-victoria-beckham-que-podiamos-copiar-hoje">Victoria</a>, after she embarrassed him by&nbsp;not cutting his shoes out of a photo.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The image (above) went viral on the Internet, and the 45-year-old star was compared to <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/opening-ceremony-disney-collection-2018">Disney</a> character Gaston from <em>Beauty and the Beast</em>&nbsp;after he was seen wearing stylish pants with big, disproportionate brown boots.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">David was mortified after <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/1990s-fashion-victoria-beckham-style-retro-shop">Victoria</a> shared the photo on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/victoriabeckham/?hl=en">Instagram</a>. In the picutre, the couple poses outside their Cotswolds mansion while wearing&nbsp;poppies in honor of Remembrance Day. The holiday&nbsp;is observed in Commonwealth countries to remember the sacrifices of members of the armed forces and civilians in times of war, specifically since World War I. In addition to their poppies, Victoria wears an orange sweater with a high collar and two-tone jeans, and David is dressed elegantly in a shirt and a blazer with brown pants.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Victoria posted the photo with the caption: &quot;Wearing our poppies proudly today! #RembranceSunday.&quot;&nbsp;But David didn&#39;t like it when his followers were distracted by his boots. One commenter said,&nbsp;&quot;David, Goliath called, he wants his boots back!&quot;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Taking to <a href="https://www.instagram.com/davidbeckham/?hl=en">his Instagram</a> story, David expressed that his wife should have cut off the shoes from the final post, as he only put them on at the last minute. Joining the original photo with the villain Gaston, he wrote: &quot;So my wife decided to post before asking or cutting my chosen shoes at the last minute.&quot;</p>
