Meghan Markle's Sister to Expose Family Secrets in Upcoming Book
The year has barely started and Meghan Markle is alreadying facing drama.
Next week the paternal half-sister of Duchess of Sussex, Samantha Markle, will release a controversial memoir not only about the family's past but also her relationship with Meghan. Dubbed "The Diary of Princess Pushy Sister," the book's release will surely not please the Royal family, as the Duchess' relationship with the press only seems to worsen with each account of gossip.
Its 328 pages promise to "tell the hidden truths about the family." Without revealing much, the writer teases that "things are not always what they seem" and "the truth is stranger than fiction."
Samantha, 56, is Meghan's half sister and the two have been separated without speaking for some time. After Meghan's engagement to Prince Harry, Samantha gave several interviews on TV shows saying that her sister was a "shallow social climber."
She later accused Meghan of abandoning her father when they fell out at the time of the Royal wedding. Close sources say Meghan was upset about the book and did not understand why Samantha was writing it, since they "barely knew each other."
