21-year-old singer-songwriter Nell Mescal is making waves in the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/billie-eilish-calls-for-better-sustainability-practices-in-the-music-industry" target="_blank" rel="noopener">music industry</a> as one to watch. The Irish artist&mdash;beloved by fans for everything from her angelic voice to her sense of style to her charismatic humor&mdash;has exploded in popularity on social media in recent months, with hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/why-is-everyone-on-tiktok-obsessed-with-kulani-kinis" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TikTok</a>.&nbsp;
