Portman stars as Evey Hammond in this film alongside Hugo Weaving. As a young woman saved by Weaving's character V, she goes up against England's oppressors.&nbsp;

In May December, Portman portrays Elizabeth Berry, a sophisticated and renowned television actress. She arrives in Savannah, Georgia, to conduct research for her leading role in a biographical film about Gracie Atherton-Yoo. The film was highly praised and was even nominated for an Oscar.&nbsp;
