Jennifer Aniston Goes Blonde for Season 2 of 'The Morning Show'
When you think of Jennifer Aniston, what comes to mind? Her acting talents and charisma are likely at the top of that list, followed by something that's become her trademark since her career took off with the series Friends: her hair. In preparation for the second season of her AppleTV+ hit The Morning Show, the actress snagged a new look, appearing with brighter, blonder locks and drawing praise from her fans.
In celebration of the show's return, Jennifer shared a photo on her Instagram, alongside hairdresser Chris McMillan, with the caption, “And… we're back!”
Filming for the show's newest season had to be postponed because of social distance guidelines during the coronavirus pandemic. However, now that the cast is back on set, the scripts have been rewritten to include the global health crisis.
"We shot two episodes before we shut down due to the pandemic, but I know that they’re also rewriting, which is crazy because that’s what happened in the first season," said actor Mark Duplass when speaking to Deadline. "They had a whole set of scripts [then] and they rewrote everything to include the #MeToo movement, and now we’ve got another, larger, global phenomenon to deal with. I don’t know what they’re doing, but I know they’re rewriting."
