        <p><span>It seems like Disney+ has been eyeing Agatha all along. According to </span><a href="https://variety.com/2021/tv/news/wandavision-spinoff-kathryn-hahn-1235082445/"><i><span>Variety</span></i></a><span>, a <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/elizabeth-olsen-movies-wandavision-kill-your-darlings-wind-river" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>WandaVision</em></a> spin-off is reportedly in the works with Kathryn Hahn as the lead and <em>WandaVision</em> head writer Jac Schaeffer as the writer and executive producer for the project.</span></p>
        <p><span>It&rsquo;s worth noting that Schaeffer signed a three-year contract with Disney+ earlier this year to develop more Marvel shows for the platform, with this series potentially marking the first of it.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span>The series has been classified as a dark comedy, which isn&rsquo;t surprising if you&rsquo;ve watched the show and are familiar with Agatha&rsquo;s deceivingly cutting humor. In <em>WandaVision</em>, viewers are first introduced to Agatha as Agnes, Wanda and Vision&rsquo;s nosy neighbor and confidant.</span></p>
<p><span>A</span><span>s the series progresses, it's revealed that Agnes is in fact Agatha Harkness, a powerful witch and master manipulator who wants Wanda&rsquo;s&mdash;a.k.a. Scarlet Witch's</span><span>&mdash;</span><span>powers for her own. After her defeat in Westview, Agatha reverts back to Agnes under Scarlet Witch&rsquo;s command to live out the rest of her days.</span></p>

      <p><span>Following the series&rsquo; success, Agatha has since become a favorite among Marvel fans, with many already excited for Kathryn Hahn&rsquo;s reprise of the character in future MCU projects. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has already teased Hahn&rsquo;s return to Marvel; when asked when fans are able to see her on the big screen again, he said, &ldquo;Someday. Someday soon. You will see Kathryn Hahn in<em> <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/outer-banks-star-madelyn-cline-knives-out-2-sequel-netflix" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Knives Out 2</a></em> next, then maybe an assortment of other things. But within the MCU, it can&rsquo;t come soon enough. Let&rsquo;s put it that way.&rdquo;&nbsp;</span></p>

We can only hope to see Agatha interacting with our favorite new characters&mdash;Sylvie, Yelena, Kang the Conqueror, and many more&mdash;in Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.</span></p>
