Decoding the Anatomy of the LV Diamonds Collection
The LV Monogram Star diamonds, an essential piece to the LV Diamonds Collection, celebrate the Monogram Flower motif as a true emblem of eternity.
Louis Vuitton affirms that its Monogram Flower motif is a true emblem of eternity with the launch of the LV Monogram Star diamonds — each precious piece in the LV Diamonds collection is designed by the Maison’s Artistic Director for Watches and Jewellery, Francesca Amfitheatrof.
The LV Diamonds collection was launched in Singapore on January 22, 2024, exclusively at the luxury house's store in Marina Bay Sands. The collection will also debut in Australia later this year, at the house’s George Street Maison in Sydney.
Louis Vuitton’s Monogram Flower and iconic motif was created in 1896 by Georges Louis Vuitton, the son of the brand's creator Louis Vuitton. The LV Monogram Star cut diamond is a tribute to the house’s signature flower monogram design.
The diamonds feature 53 facets and pointed ends on the unique cut, compared to 57 facets on a round brilliant cut diamond. The collection features pieces with LV Monogram Star cut diamonds and comes with unisex bands, as well as earrings and pendants in platinum, white gold, and rose gold.
The first LV Diamonds certificate comes with each LV Diamonds creation set with the central stone. The certificate indicates transparency when it comes to diamond sourcing as well as the diamond’s history and journey from its extraction to the workshops.
