L’OFFICIEL Inc. SAS to Open 2 New Offices in Asia
We are very pleased to announce that L’OFFICIEL Inc. SAS will be opening two new offices in Asia, namely Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Following the acquisition of L’OFFICIEL by the AMTD Group, the shareholders and the central management of AMTD-L’OFFICIEL have announced their ambitions for countries in the APAC region. The new operations in Singapore and Malaysia will reinforce our direct position as a regional hub, and will foster our relationships with our franchises in the rest of the Asia region and promote greater values for the overall ecosystem.
Given that L'OFFICIEL has no existing franchise licensees in Singapore and Malaysia, any third party which purports to be approved by us or to legally carry any rights to produce any L'OFFICIEL magazine or materials (in any form—print, electronically, or otherwise) is illegitimately acting in breach of L'OFFICIEL’s intellectual property rights.
Singapore and Malaysia will be the two new countries we operate under owner’s model, in addition to major countries and markets in France, Italy, USA, and Brazil.
