After 20 seasons, Keeping Up with the Kardashians has finally come to an end, and in honor of the family's longtime TV legacy, the KarJen ladies joined Andy Cohen to spill all the tea on some of their biggest viral moments over the last 14 years. In Part 1 of the KUWTK reunion special, Kim Kardashian opened up about how she continues to cope with the trauma of being robbed at gunpoint in October 2016.

During Paris Fashion Week, the KKW Beauty mogul was robbed at gunpoint in the apartment she was staying in by a group of five assailants dressed as police officers. After leaving Kardashian bound and gagged in a bathtub, the men stole around $10 million worth of jewelry, including a $4 million diamond ring given to her by her then-husband Kanye West.

During the sit-down special, Kardashian explained that she no longer allows lavish pieces to enter her home. She said, "No expensive items ever come to my home. I have it all taken from security before I even enter my home. I can't sleep if I have jewelry in my safe, or money, or anything at my house. I just don't live my life like that."

She added, "As far as jewelry, if I'm wearing something, it's borrowed. It's fake."

However, Kardashian spoke candidly about how the harrowing event changed her mindset on materiality. "On a positive note, I'm a completely different person because of it, in the best way. [Before the Paris robbery], I had to have the coolest car, the best rims, the best outfit, and I thought that I was the shit because of that. I thought that made me."

She continued, "The things I valued before that happened were genuinely completely different than what I value now. It's fun to get dressed up and all this, but like, [material] things don't make me."

Khloé Kardashian affirmed her sister's statement, adding, "Kim was obviously a great sister prior, but the significant shift in how she caters to her relationships and the attentiveness that she now gives her family as opposed to red carpets or things—I mean, our relationship has significantly changed."
