Earlier today, Chlo&eacute; unveiled an exclusive women's ready-to-wear collection from its upcoming collaboration with the creative collective Atelier Jolie.&nbsp;

The initial announcement of Atelier Jolie's partner was met with extreme anticipation. Today, a first glimpse of the long-awaited collection was finally revealed, much to the delight of fashion aficionados everywhere. The collection, which includes long, elegant flowing dresses, relaxed-fit pieces, sophisticated outerwear, and lightweight <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/shopping/camel-coat-shop-fall-winter">layering</a> pieces, was designed in Chlo&eacute;'s atelier by former creative director <a href="https://www.lofficiel.com/industry-trends/gabriela-hearst-quitte-chloe-quitte-directrice-creative-mode" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gabriela Hearst</a>, in partnership with <a href="https://www.lofficiel.com/fashion/quiet-luxury-style-look-angelina-jolie-inspiration-photos" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Angelina Jolie</a>. With bags, accessories, and clothing in the works, this co-created collection combines the feminine signatures and know-how of <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/chloe-spring-summer-2024-paris-fashion-week-runway-images">Chlo&eacute;</a> with the pronounced taste of Angelina Jolie for a certain refined minimalism. Inspired by femininity in all its forms, several designs also reference treasured items the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/angelina-jolie-best-90s-y2k-fashion-moments">actress</a> has had in her wardrobe for decades. Notable pieces include a white embroidered cotton dress that Jolie wore as a child&mdash;and still wears today as a top &mdash; as well as an iconic black velvet cape. The collection is executed in a <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/euphoria-color-makeup-beauty-trends-2022">neutral color palette</a>&mdash;beige, black, and white&mdash;designed for a diverse range of skin tones, and with a full range of sizes to accommodate a wide variety of body types.

The <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/politics-culture/famous-firsts-womens-history-month">celebration of women</a> was at the heart of this collection, as seen through the development process, as well as within the final pieces. This desire to honor <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/barbie-hyper-femininity-ultimate-act-of-feminism-coquettecore-bimbocore">feminity</a> is seen in the slender and elegant silhouettes, soft but with strong character. Several key pieces set the tone for the collection: a long velvet opera cape, a flowing white dress with a gathered neckline, a signature lavaliere shirt from Maison <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/chemena-kamali-chloe-new-creative-director">Chlo&eacute;</a>, black velvet pants with an impeccable waist, a black three-piece <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/shopping/pant-suits-for-women-shopping">suit</a> refined in wool gabardine, and many other pieces that prove that the simplest shapes&mdash;minimal but <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/cos-spring-summer-2024-nyfw-runway-images">essential</a>&mdash;stand the test of time.

Commitment to Sustainability at the Heart of the Collection

Designed in collaboration with <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/angelina-jolie-sports-bag-of-the-season">Angelina Jolie</a>, the Chlo&eacute; x Atelier Jolie collection honors the two Houses' respective commitments to social and environmental <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/lola-tung-coach-coachtopia-campaign-sustainability-circular-fashion">sustainability</a>, all while championing artisans and creators around the world. At least 80 percent of the materials in the collection have a low environmental impact&mdash;a higher percentage than any previous Maison Chlo&eacute; collection&mdash;and the overall collection is <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/chloe-b-corp-certified-gabriela-hearst-sustainability">B Corp certified</a>, thanks to the use of natural fabrics and dead stock materials such as organic silk, organic crepe de chine and certified wool. Made in line with Chlo&eacute;'s social sourcing framework, the collection also includes partnerships with Akanjo, a World Fair Trade Organization (<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/chloe-resort-2022-gabriela-hearst-upcycling">WFTO</a>) guaranteed social enterprise based in <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/natural-ingredients-sustainability-beauty-skincare-products">Madagascar</a>, committed to training and promoting crafts, as well as with La Fabrique Nomade, a program based in Paris that promotes the professional integration of refugee and immigrant artisans in <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/usa-france-fashion-friendship-legacy-lofficiel-archives">France</a>. At least 50 percent of the collection is manufactured by <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/definition-of-ethical-sustainable-fashion-fair-trade">fair trade companies</a>, social enterprises, or social suppliers.
