Celine Dion is set to make a fashionable comeback as Vogue France's May 2024 cover star. When the Quebecois singer was recently announced to be the subject of the magazine's next issue, fans couldn't help but notice the positively chic looks Dion stunned in. For the cover, Dion stripped down to a simple button-down tee and athletic skirt from Balenciaga; the set was paired with tights from Caldezonia and, of course, illustrious jewelry pieces from Chopard's Haute Joaillerie Collection. Another shot featured in the issue showed the singer donning a stunning and slightly campy Merino wool maxi coat from Alaïa. The paired-down jewelry, consisting of a single ear clip and a ring, was sourced from Boucheron.

The look was styled by the famed Law Roach, who regularly dresses stars like Zendaya, Megan Thee Stallion, and Priyanka Chopra-Jonas. It seems that the stylist, who announced his retirement in 2023, made several exceptions for Dion this year. Not only did Roach style Dion's comeback cover, but he also dressed her for the 2024 Grammy Awards. For the award show, Dion wore a stunning ivory Valentino Couture dress that featured a plunging neckline. Along with the dress, the "My Heart Will Go On" singer donned a pumpkin orange overcoat along with a diamond-encrusted choker necklace, silver bangles, and rings sourced from Tiffany & Co. The look was completed with classy nude pumps from Gianvito Rossi.

Dion's Grammy appearance and upcoming French Vogue cover may be part of a reentry into the public eye, as the singer has retreated from public appearances over the past few years due to her battle with stiff person syndrome. Stiff person syndrome is an autoimmune disorder that causes the muscles in the torso and limbs to repeatedly alternate between stiffness and spasms.

Today recently reported that Dion will release an upcoming documentary titled I Am: Celine Dion, which will be available to stream on Prime Video. The documentary will discuss her life in depth and include details of her struggle with stiff person syndrome.
