Creative Director Paul Andrew looks to science fiction to inspire his latest collection for Salvatore Ferragamo. A heritage house that has a storied legacy in leather goods, Ferragamo's newest collection puts the material in new contexts. Fashioning an "altenative universe," the collection, titled "Future Positive," merges technical innovation with craft, and is presented against a rendered cityscape. The clothes are futuristic and sporty, serving both the vision of tomorrow and current tastes.

The collection sees tailoring templates blended and sequenced with codes drawn from militaria, moto, athletics, scuba, and beyond. For both women and men, the monochrome palette offers bursts of color. Seasonal options include capes, coats, and parkas in heat-processed leathers and wools, fine gauge technical knitwear, knit bodysuits, and dresses patterned in an abstract future camouflage.
