During Milan Fashion Week, Remo Ruffini, CEO of the brand, decided to share the celebrations for Moncler's 70th anniversary with the city of Milan and he did it in style. For the occasion, a myriad of extras were choreographed by the internationally renowned Franco-Algerian artist Sadeck Berrabah known for his particular gestures in dance. Together with the choreographer, Ruffini himself took part in the show, visibly moved.

After taking over the brand in 2003, the entrepreneur made a total rebranding of the Maison, making it a leader in the luxury clothing sector. This success culminated with its launch on the stock market in 2013. Moncler Genius was born in 2018, an initiative that sees a series of designers reinterpret the duvet from their personal point of view.

This quilt was worn by the extras who appeared by the hundreds in Piazza Duomo for the celebrations. The show, which took place on the notes of classical music, saw a dancer dancing alone and then giving way to a flash mob along the whole perimeter of the square in front of the Milan Cathedral.
