Between NFTs and online content creation, creatives and artists have come up with new, fun ways of displaying their art. With the closing of art galleries and museums, the internet has become the number one place to view art since the quarantine days of 2020. Social media, among other things, has helped push the democratization of art forward, by creating a universal platform that allows emerging artists to showcase their work beyond the confined and often elitists spaces that make up art institutions.

TikTok, a video-sharing social networking service, became the most downloaded app in the US soon after it was released to the public. The app has given way to a variety of trends that have gone viral, including memes, lip-synced songs, and comedy videos. With the popularization of TikTok, some artists have made use of this platform to display their talent. For that reason, we compiled a list of the best artists to follow on TikTok that will inspire you to channel your most creative internet self.
