What Kate Middleton Eats in a Day
With an unparalleled charisma, dedication to social work, and impeccable style, Kate Middleton has taken over the spotlight over the years and has become one of the most beloved members of British royalty. But with such a busy routine, constant travel, and a large family, finding a healthy lifestyle can become the only way to keep your body and mind in perfect working order—and the Middleton is a true expert on the subject.
On a typical day the Duchess of Cambridge usually opts for a balanced diet, starting the day with a smoothie according to Daily Mail's sources. In her daily mix she adds fresh ingedients like kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine, cilantro, and blueberries. And when she is in the mood for something sweeter? Almond milk.
As for lunch Middleton avoids meat consumption, as Chef Raghu Deora revealed recently to Hello! The dishes he prepared for Kate and William during their stay in India were vegetarian as per the instructions he received. (Middleton also admitted curry is a favorite, especially when spicy, although Prince William, unlike her, "struggles" with too much heat.) Rather than meat, for her midday meal the Duchess prefers watermelon, tabbouleh, ceviche, and even gazpacho.
At night, homemade is Kate's favorite. "She indulges in her hobby of cooking William's favorite dinner—the roast chicken," says Vanity Fair.
