Moët & Chandon and L’OFFICIEL Fête 100 Years of Fashion and Champagne Savoir- Faire
Pat Cleveland, Bianca Brandolini, and friends descended upon the Château Moët & Chandon on the Saran estate for a chic party and to taste the newly re-discovered Grand Vintage Collection 1921.
In an evening dedicated to style, memories, and, of course, incredible champagne, L’OFFICIEL joined forces with storied French maison Moët & Chandon to celebrate a shared major milestone: the magazine’s centennial, and the 100-year anniversary of Grand Vintage Collection 1921.
The grand fête at the Château Moët & Chandon, on the Saran estate, brought together guests from the worlds of fashion, music, art, and design, who sipped on vintage Moët & Chandon champagnes from the years 2013, 2004, 1985, 1952 and 1921, all paired with experimental cuisine by three Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno.
Among those in attendance were the scintillating supermodel—and L’OFFICIEL 1971 coverstar—Pat Cleveland and daughter Anna Cleveland, fashion designer Nicola Lecourt Mansion, and Italian socialite Bianca Brandolini D’Adda. Musical sibling duo Joséphine and Alexandre de la Baume provided the night’s entertainment, with a garage-rock performance from their band, Film Noir.
Born at the onset of the Roaring ‘20s, Grand Vintage Collection 1921 is a symbol of the era’s joie de vivre. Grand Vintage champagnes are exceptional as they are blended with grapes exclusively from one year’s harvest, and offer a true peek into the savoir-faire of the famed champagne maison. Once bottled, each vintage becomes part of a century-long legacy; one that will continue beyond today.
