Jennifer Lopez has one less property to worry about.

The singer has reportedly sold her Bel Air home which has been up for sale since February. According to TMZ, real estate sources state it's been bought for around $34 million. The eight-acre estate was originally bought by Lopez in 2016 for $28 million and was put up for sale nearly six months after she got married to rekindled flame Ben Affleck.

This officially marks her last bachelorette pad from her pre-Affleck days, cutting ties to all signs from her single era.

An Inside Look at Jennifer Lopez's Sold Bel Air Home

Spanning more than 12,000 square feet, the mansion boasts numerous rooms and multiple amenities. This includes 9 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and a 13-seat screening room. The home also comes with an infinity pool, guest house, library and sitting room, and chef's kitchen.

Further along the property, you will find another separate guest cottage next to a large motor court. As for the amenities to keep you occupied, beyond the screening room, there is another 100-seat amphitheater, an entertainment pavilion with a full kitchen, a fire pit, and a private lake with a sandy beach.

Since tying the knot with Affleck in August 2022, the couple are always spotted together while co-parenting each other's respective children from their previous marriages. From 2005 to 2018, Affleck was married to actress Jennifer Garner and had three kids: Violet, in 2005, Seraphina, in 2009 and, Samuel, in 2012. Meanwhile, Lopez was married to Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2011, welcoming their twins Max and Emme in 2008.

Speaking on her relationship with Affleck in an interview with Vogue, Lopez said, "I never shied away from the fact that for me, I always felt like there was a real love there, a true love there. People in my life know that he was a very, very special person in my life. When we reconnected, those feelings for me were still very real."

“Sometimes you outgrow each other, or you just grow differently," she continued. "The two of us, we lost each other and found each other. Not to discredit anything in between that happened, because all those things were real too. All we’ve ever wanted was to kind of come to a place of peace in our lives where we really felt that type of love that you feel when you’re very young and wonder if you can have that again.

Now that Affleck and Lopez are happily reunited and married, the two bought a Beverly Hills home this summer for a little over $60 million. The massive 38,000-square-foot estate includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a zero-edge pool, a guest penthouse, an indoor sports complex, and a 12-car garage.

For the days the couple just want to sit down and enjoy the great outdoors, they will be met with a magnificent mountain view.
