Fendi Returns to Miami With Antonio Lopez-Inspired Caffe and Pop-Up
The café is open now in the Miami Design District.
Immerse yourself in the whimsy and playful nostalgia of the '70s at the Fendi Caffe, a spring celebration with colors and designs that match the cheer of the bright new season. Conceptually, the cafe draws parallels from Fendi's Spring/Summer 2022 collection, which drew inspiration from the figurative and bright drawings of fashion illustrator Antonio Lopez.
Through its Spring/Summer 2022 Collection, Fendi has collaborated with The Estate and Archive of Antonio Lopez and Juan Ramos to revive their work and put a modern lens on the disco-age glamor.
In addition to the revival of the Fendi Caffe, the Maison also opened an Antonio Lopez-inspired pop-up in the Aventura Mall. The near 600-square-foot, stand-alone space is also an embodiment of Lopez's work with his signature graphics splashing across the metal exterior. The store will offer pieces from the Fendi Spring/Summer 2022 collection, including ready-to-wear clothing, shoes, and accessories.
