Chanel Iman Hosts Intimate Dinner with LensCrafters
As a supermodel, there’s something to be said for attracting all the eyes in the room. All sights were set on industry legend (and Beyoncé music video alum!) Chanel Iman last night at cult Italian spot Casa Apicii in the West Village, where she hosted an intimate holiday dinner with LensCrafters. The dinner, celebrating both the holidays and eye health, took place in the speakeasy upper-half of the restaurant, Bar Fortuna, a study-cum-cocktail bar with lacquered walls and a cozy space.
The spotlight may have been on Iman, but And after cocktail hour was over, the dinner guests in the upstairs hideaway were greeted by a book exchange and a menu customized to aid optic health: fish rich in omega-3’s and antioxidant blueberry desserts.
