Britney Spears is finally free of her conservatorships, but what's her next move?

After 13 years in a <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/britney-spears-end-of-conservatorship-still-wants-justice-instagram" target="_blank" rel="noopener">guardianship</a> described as "abusive" by the singer herself and her audience, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/britney-spears-y2k-fashion-juicy-tracksuit" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Britney Spears</a> is finally free to live her life. During her conservatorship, Spears, who has a successful career and fans around the world, found herself unable to do common things like driving her own car, making professional decisions, and choosing her birth control. Now her life may undergo a transformation, and that is what we are about to see.
On November 12, Judge Brenda Penny declared the end of the singer's guardianship. On her Instagram account, Spears revealed, "What an amazing weekend! I felt like I was on cloud nine all the time." The singer revealed that she had a glass of champagne after so many years of sobriety, to celebrate this moment. The singer thanked her <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/britney-spears-retains-new-lawyer-in-conservatorship-case" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lawyer</a>, who according to her, changed her life and her fans. "What a sight to see so many people celebrating my victory&hellip;. I love my fans so much&hellip; so thank you."

Since then, the singer has brought some insights into her next steps, as a free woman. "I'm thinking about having another baby!" revealed the singer in a publication. Spears is the mother of Sean Federline, 16, and Jayden James Federline, 15, and had already shown interest in having another child when, during her court appearance on June 23, she revealed that she was required to have an IUD.
"They told me now in guardianship, I can't get married or have a child, I have an IUD inside me now, so I can't get pregnant," explained the singer. "I wanted to get the IUD out to start trying to have another baby. But this supposed team doesn't let me go to the doctor to take it out, because they don't want me to have any more children. So basically this guardianship is doing me more harm than good."

At the same court appearance, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/britney-spears-will-wear-versace-wedding-dress-donatella-versace" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Spears</a> revealed that she would like to share her story "rather than keeping it a secret to benefit them all." And, in a recent post on her Instagram account, she suggested that she would give an interview to Oprah Winfrey. "I might as well give a hint as to what I think before I settle the score on Oprah," she revealed.
"I mean, who knows...I know how embarrassing it is to share the fact that I've never seen money or been unable to drive my car...but honestly, I'm still amazed every day at how much my family and guardianship were able to do what they did to me... it was demoralizing and degrading."
According to Spears, she's not even talking about the bad things they did to her "for which everyone should be in prison," she revealed. "This time, I haven't forgotten and I hope they can look up tonight and know exactly what I mean."

In the video, Spears said that one of the questions people are asking her is what she will do now. "I have been under guardianship for 13 years. It's a long time to be in a situation you wouldn't want to be in. I'm grateful for being where I am and for having my car keys, for being independent and feeling like a woman," she reveals. "Being able to see cash was something I hadn't seen in a long time. Buying candles are small things, but they make a lot of difference."
Spears also said that she doesn't want to be a victim. "I lived with victimism my whole life when I was a kid, so I left my house and I worked a lot. I'm here to be active for people with real disabilities and illnesses," she explained. "I am a very strong woman and I wonder what the system has done for these people. I have faith that my story will impact and changes will be made in this corrupted system."
