Sofia Richie Grainge, 25, captured the internet's attention in 2023 after walking down the aisle last April in a custom-made Chanel dress during her fairytale wedding to music executive Elliot Grainge, 30. The couple married in the South of France at the iconic Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, surrounded by all of their friends and family, in an intimate, but no less star-studded ceremony.
Since then, all eyes have been on her, with fans eagerly awaiting a pregnancy announcement. Richie Grainge shared the long-awaited news in a photo shoot with Vogue, detailing the moment she found out with her husband, her plans for the nursery, and more.
"I’ve learned more in the past six months than I have in my entire life," Richie Grainge said in an interview with Vogue, explaining her pregnancy journey, "And also just like what the female body is capable of. Every week brings new things, whether it’s hormonal shifts or expansion—there’s just so much our bodies go through, and it’s so interesting to experience it all."
Richie Grainge revealed that she is expecting a Gemini baby, and plans to have a baby shower—and babymoon—in April, shortly before she expects to give birth.
During her November 2023 cover interview with L'OFFICIEL USA, when she was likely around three months pregnant, Richie Grainge shared her appreciation for her family. “I have the biggest, most loving, most comforting family ever," she said. “I didn’t even know I could be so close with a family that’s not my own.
