Queen Elizabeth II Has a Secret Facebook Account
Apparently, Queen Elizabeth II has a private Facebook account as well as an encrypted cell phone that only calls two people.
At 95, Queen Elizabeth II has a secret Facebook account. During the pandemic, the queen had to adapt to online meetings and appointments and showed an understanding of technology. "We found out about the Facebook account and it's extraordinary to think how quickly and easily it acquires these new technologies," says British royal family expert journalist Jonathan Sacerdoti.
After all, what would the Queen be doing on Facebook? The journalist says that she is probably using it "like the rest of us," meaning she uses it to keep in touch with friends and family. In addition, the Queen also has her own cell phone with an anti-hacker system, but only uses it to make calls to two contacts: her daughter Princess Anne and John Warrer, manager of the Queen's racehorses.
“Apparently, the Queen only has two people she talks to on the phone – a device that is supposed to be from Samsung and has MI6 anti-hacker encryption so no one can break into it,” says Sacerdoti.
