Pete Davidson Brands Kim Kardashian's Name on Body
Apparently there is a sixth love language: branding!
Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have been going steady for several months now, and they have their #Instagramofficial post to show for it. But, Kardashian went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and proved that you can always bring things to another level.
The 41-year-old started off by describing the first tattoos Davidson got in honor of her as "cute." She gushed about one the comedian has that says, "My girlfriend is a lawyer." But then, he took it to another level by branding himself with her name. Said Kardashian, "He wanted to do something that was really different."
The couple first was seen together on Saturday Night Live, and Kardashian surprised her fans by showcasing her (comedic) acting abilities. As social media started catching onto their dates, the memes went crazy.
The two have been photographed on a Valentine's Day date, riding in the car, and finally went official on social media. Initially, there was a lot of speculation about the sincerity of the relationship. However, all the rumors of it being a PR stunt can now easily be put to rest.
Moreover, Kardashian seemed unfazed and very much in love despite her ex-husband Kanye West (formally known as Ye as of 2021) using social media to publicly attack her and Davidson since their relationship became known. He has been posting religiously on Instagram, criticizing Kardashian for following her heart and claiming she is harming their children. Other arguments included Davidson being an influence on her and potentially exposing their family to drugs.
Regardless, in the interview, the KKW Beauty mogul offered more insight into her relationship with the comedian. And she was over the moon. For all the supporters of this unforeseen pairing, her comments were a testimony to their compatibility. The mother of two said that sometimes, you just need to go for it and put yourself out there.
"I went for it, I took my time, and I found it," she raved on. She described how it "feels good" and pointed out the difficulty of dating in the world of social media. "I have the cutest pictures of us and I want to be like, 'Oh my god, we're so cute.' But then I'm like, 'Don't be so desperate. Don't post so much. Just give a glimpse,'" Kardashian said of her thought process on deciding when to post about her and her beau.
