Lady Gaga has never been one to dodge a well-crafted paparazzi moment, and her recent outing in New York City yesterday was no exception. The "Poker Face" singer stepped out in her signature sky-high custom Giuseppe Zanotti boots and a sultry leather ensemble with gloves by up-and-coming designer Akà Prodiàshvili. Gaga also carried her trusty Celine Heroine bag, too. Longtime fans of the pop icon know that Lady Gaga hasn’t gone full freak in a while, instead of adopting a more subdued tone following her collaboration with Tony Bennet, her Joanne era, and her endless A Star Is Born promotion. However, this appearance seems to indicate that Gaga has gone from yeehaw to ra-ra once again.
Following Bradley Cooper’s well-documented breakup with Irina Shayk, many have speculated that Gaga and Cooper will spark up a romance based on their onscreen chemistry. Gaga has repeatedly denied these rumors, stating that any romance between the two actors is purely well, acting. If anything, Gaga’s latest street style proves that she’s above the gossip and about her own craft over any potential boy toys. Her next album—the elusive LG6—is on the way, and with Pride month coming to an end we need a year-round reason to unleash our inner free bitch, baby. Here’s hoping she returns to her former Fame Monster days and gives us the gay anthem we desperately need (and deserve.)
