Kanye West Unfollows Kim Kardashian on Instagram
After rumors spread about Kim Kardashian's new love interest, Kanye West made controversial statements and stopped following the socialite on Instagram.
It seems that Ye is far from accepting the breakup with Kim Kardashian. Last week, the rapper revealed in an interview that he and the socialite are not yet officially divorced on paper. "SNL making my wife say 'I divorced him' on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off. I never even seen the papers. We're not even divorced," West told Revolt TV's Drink Champs.
"They ain't no joke to me. My kids want their parents to stay together. I want us to be together," he continued.
West's statement comes amid Kardashian's rumored romance with actor and comedian Pete Davidson. Davidson, who is 14 years younger than Kardashian, has dated many celebrities in the past, including singer Ariana Grande and actresses Phoebe Dynevor and Kate Beckinsale.
In fact, Ye—who legally changed his name from Kanye West last month—was very uncomfortable with this rumored relationship between his estranged wife and the comedian and stopped following her on Instagram for the second time in two months. Kardashian and Davidson were spotted holding hands at an amusement park in California, then spotted having dinner together at a pizzeria, and finally sharing a kiss during a skit on Saturday Night Live.
Additionally, a source close to the businesswoman says that she has no intention of getting back together with the rapper and that she is enjoying her single life. “She is having fun and enjoying life. Her focus is still on her kids and work, but you can tell that she is ready to date. She is very happy and in a good place,” the source told People.
