Ariana Grande Shares Photos from Secret Wedding
The "Thank U, Next" singer wore a custom Vera Wang gown for her nuptials to Dalton Gomez.
Almost two weeks after marrying her beau Dalton Gomez, Ariana Grande has finally given fans a glimpse into her secret wedding. The singer took to Instagram to share a series of photos from the big day, including several shots of the couple as well as her posing alone in her wedding gown and veil. She captioned the posts with a simple recognition of her anniversary, "5.15.21."
For the ceremony, Grande donned a custom Vera Wang Haute Couture bridal gown—fans note that Grande promised to let Wang design her wedding dress after the designer dressed her for the 2018 Met Gala—that features a strapless, sweetheart neckline, an elegant empire waistline, and a swooping, low back.
She completed the ensemble with her engagement ring and a pair of pearl and diamond earrings from Lorraine Schwartz, one of which, Vogue notes, is positioned upside down to reference her Sweetener era as well as that tumultuous time in her life. Her hair returns to its once-ubitqious half-up, half-down style, fitted with a sheer veil and satin white bow inspired by Audrey Hepburn's character in Funny Face. Gomez wore a classic black tuxedo from Tom Ford.
Grande and Gomez got engaged in December 2020. Last week, TMZ revealed that the couple had wed at Grande's Montecito home in an initimate ceremony attended by their close family and friends.
