With Rosalía gifting a bouquet full of cigarettes and Lorde making a rare public appearance, Charli XCX's Los Angeles birthday party was already iconic before it had begun. The English musician celebrated her 32nd birthday in style with a party full of every A-list celebrity and indie musician L.A. had to offer. The night of dancing celebrated not just the artist, but also her recent album Brat, which has been the source of many of this summer's most popular trends.

Anya Taylor-Joy and her husband, musician Malcolm McRae, attended the party along with influencer Addison Rae and musician Billie Eilish. Eilish recently appeared on the remix for the Brat track "Guess" with Charli XCX, so her attendance at the artist's birthday party doubled as a celebration for the ultra-successful new release. All eyes were on the two as they danced and sang along to the remix.

Also at the party with Eilish was her brother Finneas and his girlfriend Claudia Sulewski. The pair partied with artist Tove Lo and Gracie Abrams. After Twisters star Glen Powell was spotted at the party, rumors began to swirl online that Abrams spent the evening flirting with Powell.

Another noteable moment of the party was Lorde's attendance. With another popular Brat remix, Charli XCX featured Lorde on the song "Girl, so confusing," which many people had speculated to be about Lorde as the two singers have often been compared to each other in the past. On the remix of the song, Lorde references the comparisons and the two settle any rumors of feuds with the now-iconic lyric, "Let's work it out on the remix." At Charli's party, Lorde was seen dancing with Charli to their remix beside Rachel Sennott and The Bear's Molly Gordon, L'OFFICIEL's July digital cover star.

The theme of the night was dancing, more so than any dress code. Charli XCX wore a casual white t-shirt with a cut out to her party, while Nelly Furtado appeared in a bright red latex top and Anya Taylor-Joy dressed up in a sleek black slip dress. Everybody brought their best "brat" energy to the party, celebrating the artist behind the sound of the summer. Plenty of pops of bright green were spotted, as an ode to the unforgettable Brat album cover.
