Rosalía is back to make the internet obsess over yet another steamy song this Hot Girl Summer. The Spanish singer-songwriter released a new single, “Yo x Ti, Tu x Mi” featuring the electric vocals of Puerto Rican reggaeton star Ozuna (who recently starred in a colorful, fun-filled editorial for us). The pair rhythmically glorifies a fiery romance in this latest track, which Rosalía produced alongside El Guincho and Frank Dukes, and its captivating tune will have you longing for that same powerful affection. “It’s bang-bang if you mess with us,” sings Rosalía in the passionate Spanish-language love song. She’s a force to be reckoned with, and she’s surely taking over today’s music scene by storm.

The two play on-screen lovers in an accompanying music video, where they sensually sing while looking into each other’s eyes, facing the overwhelming presence of paparazzi, and dining out on a date. Rosalía wears a bright yellow dress as she executes flamenco choreography in an empty studio. Backup dancers with full, blue bodysuits move around her in support, making for a highly engaging representation of the song’s passionate emotions.

After last year’s release of El Mal Querer, Rosalía has released several new projects including singles “Aute Cuture” and “Fucking Money Man,” both of which showcase her infectiously passionate personality. Her portfolio also includes successful collaborations with J Balvin for “Con Altura” and James Blake for “Barefoot in the Park,” making Ozuna the third artist she’s worked with this year. Rosalía is only getting started, and this year is certainly not over yet. Make sure to tune into the VMAs on August 26, where she’ll be bringing her melodic energy to the stage for a live performance.
