See All the Colors of Kacey Musgraves' Fashion Rainbow

Kacey Musgraves is without a doubt one of the most talented singer-songwriters in the country music world today, and her fashion makes her stand out even more. Now a six-time Grammy Award winner, she began writing songs at the age of eight. However, she didn’t officially start her career until she self-released her first three solo albums, the first of which was in 2003 at age 14. In 2007, she was on the fifth season of Nashville Star, an American reality television singing competition, and ended up placing seventh.

In 2012, the Texas-born country star signed her first deal with Mercury Nashville, and by 2013, she released Same Trailer Different Park, which won the Grammy for Best Country Album and featured the lead single “Merry Go ‘Round,” which won the Grammy for Best Country Song. Her sophomore album, Pageant Material, came out in 2015, followed by A Very Kacey Christmas (2016), and Golden Hour (2018), which won all four of its Grammy nominations, including Album of the Year, Best Country Album, Best Country Solo Performance for “Butterflies,” and Best Country Song for “Space Cowboy.” The album also features the song “Rainbow,” which she clearly takes inspiration from through her wardrobe.
