Jacob Elordi is Tag Heuer's Newest Brand Ambassador
Jacob Elordi epitomizes the word "cool" as he is named the newest face of Tag Heuer.
After Jacob Elordi's recent appearance at the Met Gala 2022, it seems the Euphoria star is taking his relationship within the fashion industry to the next level by signing with Tag Heuer as their newest brand ambassador.
Alongside this major announcement from the brand is also the release of its new special-edition Monaco watch, a style originally popularized by actor Steve McQueen in the film Le Mans. Designed with a black alligator strap holding the special diamond-like 39-mm carbon case, the Tag Heuer Monaco features soft touches of 18-karat rose gold indexes under domed beveled sapphire crystals.
Always the actor, Elordi reflected on the men who have inspired him within the acting industry and what it means to him to be a part of the Tag Heuer family. "I’ve always been drawn to things that are both classic and timeless so partnering with Tag Heuer was perfect for me. I’ve always admired Hollywood’s iconic leading men, so to wear the Monaco—a watch made famous by Steve McQueen—is something special," shared Elordi.
Inspired by the buzz of the Monaco race track, the Heuer Monaco Dark Lord has been reinvented and redesigned to fit the modern-day man as the perfect addition to any look, from sporting events to a black-tie gala.
"The Tag Heuer Monaco was an instant design classic when it launched in 1969 and it only gets better with each new iteration – constantly improved but its iconic looks never altered," said Elordi.
With the rich and powerful history behind it, Tag Heuer continues to set new standards in the watch industry, similar to Elordi's performances as an actor, and takes its new creations all the way to the finish line.
