Men's Fall Fashion Is Fresher Than Ever
Fall staples—jackets, sweaters, boots, and the like—are never staid when they pack a bit of personality.

Men's fall fashion has never been more free-spirited and lively.
The intellectual ambiance and eclectic sleekness of hipster style is elevated with garments that personify laid-back sensibility. Rather than frayed edges and crinkled textures, tailoring is crisp, and structures are soft. Tantalizing patterns, juxtaposing forms of wearability, and impressive marriages between unpredictable textiles and vibrant colors reawaken everyday essentials such as coats, sweaters, and pants.
This season, brands experimented with construction by mixing and matching proportions to create seamless outfits appropriate for errands or easy-going nights out. Hermés, Gucci, and Dries Van Noten deftly injected a fresh attitude into slim-fit pants, developing flattering, streamlined silhouettes with refined finishes. Meanwhile, Loewe gave joggers an uncharacteristic sense of polish through impeccable precision while preserving their reliability. Conversely, functionally-designed jackets that permit unfettered movement arrived on the scene at Prada. Fendi also leaned heavily into contrasting themes, balancing sharpness with comfort by pairing a fitted cardigan with wide leg shorts.
Crisp weather essentials were further enriched through color block motifs and inviting materials. Sweaters in refreshing multicolor prints and ribbed textures from Dior and Loewe created a sense of grounded opulence. Homme Plissé Issey Miyake also leaned into abstract designs with a striped hooded jacket with an asymmetric wrap effect, bridging retro maximalism with contemporary smartness. On another note, richly-shaded pieces exuded sheer coziness. Ami Paris’s plush chestnut shearling jacket and MSGM’s shaggy cloud-white fur coat balanced loftiness and approachability, asserting themselves as much-have outerwear this autumn.
Below, see how luxury brands are suggesting to navigate the plunging temperatures in indisputable style.
