Attention, sneakerheads: Sotheby's is auctioning off a rare prototype for a Louis Vuitton sneaker created and signed by Virgil Abloh. Featuring white leather uppers embossed with the LV monogram and bright red piping and details, the shoes were later rendered in all-white for the actual product launch.

Proceeds from the auction will benefit (RED)*, which supports HIV/AIDS grants providing people with treatment, counciling, HIV testing, and prevention services. The organization also works to help those whose critical health care has been impacted by COVID-19.

The one-of-a-kind sneaker is expected to fetch between $30,000 and $40,000 at auction. At least it's for a good cause.
