Ross Lynch to Star in Netflix Reboot of Sabrina the Teenage Witch

He’ll play the role of Sabrina’s boyfriend, Harvey, in this dark coming-of-age series.

Ross Lynch is set to star in an upcoming Netflix adaptation of the graphic novel Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, a dark rendition of the classic Sabrina the Teenage Witch comics a la Riverdale.

Lynch, a former Disney star turned on-screen serial killer, will play Harvey Kinkle, Sabrina’s totally normal human boyfriend previously portrayed by Nate Ritchert in the 1994 sitcom. The two aunts, who Sabrina lives with, have also been casted. Aunt Hilda and Aunt Zelda will be played by Lucy Davis and Miranda Otto, respectively.

The lead role of the as-yet-untitled series will star Mad Men's Kiernan Shipka as Sabrina, and also will see Chance Perdomo, Michelle Gomez, Jaz Sinclair, Richard Coyle, and Bronson Pinchot.
