Lady Gaga and Salma Hayek Reveal Sex Scene Cut from 'House of Gucci'
In a deleted scene from House of Gucci, Lady Gaga and Salma Hayek shared an intimate moment.
Lady Gaga gave fans the inside scoop about House of Gucci after revealing in a recent interview that the movie originally had a sex scene between her character Patrizia Reggiani and Pina, played by Salma Hayek.
"There's a whole side of the film that you haven't seen, in which Pina and I have a sexual relationship," he says.
The singer-actress is hopeful that director Ridley Scott will release these scenes eventually and thanked him for all the freedom he gave her on set. "This is a testament to Ridley Scott's directing because he allowed us to go there. I remember being on set with Salma and thinking, 'So after Maurizio died, maybe… things get hot?'" suggested Gaga.
In fact, in a recent appearance on a podcast, Ridley revealed that he already had a new project in this direction in the works, suggesting that he was preparing a new version of House of Gucci. "It will be an extended version," he explained.
The original feature, released in November of last year, tells the story of how Reggiani (Gaga), ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver), planned to kill her husband, the grandson of renowned fashion designer Guccio Gucci. In real life, Reggiani was sentenced to 26 years in prison after a trial held in 1998.
Despite mixed reviews from fans and critics, the film has been included in a number of shortlists for the 2022 Oscar nominations which will be released on February 8.
