Lady Gaga's 'House of Gucci' Has a Premiere Date
The upcoming fashion thriller will premiere in September during the Venice Film Festival.
Lady Gaga's new movie House of Gucci has already garnered fan buzz and controversies with the Gucci family. With a star-studded cast including Salma Hayek, Adam Driver, Al Pacino, and Jared Leto, the film has just been given a date to make its debut on the international cinema circuit.
According to IMDB, the production is planned to be shown for the first time during the next Venice Film Festival, which takes place September 1-11. Afterward, it is slated to premiere at film festivals in Telluride, Toronto, New York, and London.
Based on the 2001 book House of Gucci: A History of Glamour, Greed, Madness, and Death, the Ridley Scott-directed film will tell the story of the murder of Maurizio Gucci commissioned by his ex-wife, Patrizia Reggiani. For fans of Gaga and Gucci, know that the film is expected to start opening in theaters in late November of this year.
