'Game of Thrones' Stars Rose Leslie and Kit Harington Welcome Their Baby Boy

The couple that met on the set of the Emmy-winning HBO series are joined by their first child.

After the Game of Thrones actors Rose Leslie and Kit Harington first stirred up relationship rumors in 2012 followed by a brief split before consolidating their wedding plans in June 2018, the House of Harington finally has an heir as confirmed by a Tuesday photograph from the New York Post’s Page Six.

The couple, who GoT fans know as Ygritte and Jon Snow, were spotted running errands in London with a newborn baby strapped to the mother’s chest.

Both 34, the new parents confirmed the pregnancy in September 2020, following Leslie’s feature in a UK magazine that prominently put her baby bump on display. In the accompanying interview, the actress spoke about spending quality time with Harington in their Tudor manor house in East Anglia during the pandemic.

Before the Game of Thrones series finale in May 2019, Harington reported to InStyle that he was ready for fatherhood, “The most important job I’ll ever have is about to finish. Well, not the most. Hopefully, I’ll be a father.”
