Jordan's Peele's Nope will be the sci-fi horror film to watch upon its release later this year.
The upcoming horror film Nope, brought by Get Out director Jordan Peele, is the next sci-fi horror film on everybody's radar.
With a diverse, star-studded cast including Euphoria star Barbie Ferreira, Get Out actor Daniel Kaluuya, The Walking Dead's Steven Yuen, and Hustlers actress Keke Palmer, the cast alone promises plenty of excitement.
Although the plot may be dubious thus far, what we do know is that Nope takes place on a California horse ranch, where mysterious forces seem to control both the caretaking ranchers and the animals on the farm. Peele's films always bring the audience an equal amount of shocking scares and thought-provoking social commentary, which can be expected of Nope as well.
The dynamic film trailer was released on the 2022 Super Bowl Sunday and announced the film's intended release in theaters on July 22, 2022. A Universal film, Nope is expected to be streamable on Peacock following its cinema run.
