Anne Hathaway and Jared Leto to Star as Founders of WeWork in Upcoming Series
The Apple TV+ series will follow the rise and fall of one of the most successful startups of all time.
By now, we're all familiar with the WeWork concept: those spacious offices, with incredible interior design and eclectic real estate that serve as home to thousands of world-class companies across the globe. Based in London , New York, and Tokyo, among other major cities, it's natural to want to learn the story behind this real estate empire and the rise of the coworking space.
This will be the subject of WeCrashed, an upcoming Apple TV+ series starring Anne Hathaway and L'OFFICIEL Hommes star Jared Leto as Rebekaj and Adam Neumann, the founders of WeWork.
The actors will recreate the luxurious, controversial, and excessive life of the entrepreneurs, the same that led to their downfall. Unlike the company they created (which was valued at $50 billion at one time), their personal story is not as familiar in the public eye.
Hathaway and Leto were recently spotted filming at The Shores at Atlantic Beach in New York. America Ferrara and O-T Fagbenle are also in the cast.
