Michelle Yeoh is Balenciaga's New Brand Ambassador
Balenciaga appoints actress Michelle Yeoh as a new brand ambassador and the face of the Spring/Summer 2024 collection.
Michelle Yeoh's proximity to Balenciaga in the past is well documented, given her numerous appearances in the label's clothing on the red carpet, and the relationship will continue to develop now that the legendary actress, producer, and internationally renowned martial artist has joined Balenciaga as an official ambassador as the face of the label's Spring/Summer 2024 collection.
During the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, Yeoh exclusively wore Balenciaga Haute Couture outfits, both for her appearances on the red carpet, as well as for the Kering Women in Motion dinner event, during which she received the Women in Motion Award from Kering and the Cannes Film Festival for her significant contributions to cinema and her ability to inspire future generations.

Yeoh, whose career spans four decades, is known for perfecting countless roles across a wide variety of genres, from action heroine to dramatic leading lady. Since her debut as an actress in the 1980s, she has become increasingly famous and influential in many fields. Throughout her historic acting career, Yeoh has received numerous awards, including a Golden Globe, a SAG Award, and an Academy Award—becoming the first Asian woman to win the Academy Award for Best Actress.
