The Design Museum of London confirmed a 2018 exhibition dedicated to the late designer. 

After the sudden loss of Azzedine Ala&iuml;a last month, the Design Museum in London will host an exhibition commemorating the Franco-Tunisian designer and the 60 best moments of his career. The designer knew how to inject elegance, a certain classicism, and a dose of femininity and plurality into women&#39;s fashion during his nearly 40-year career in the industry. In the time since his passing, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/fashion-mourns-azzedine-alaia">everyone who is anyone</a> in fashion has poured their grief out in posts on social media. The designer was honored at the Fashion Awards 2017, where Naomi Campbell (and a crew of supermodels) <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/supermodels-honored-azzedine-alaia-at-last-night-s-fashion-awards">paid tribute</a> to&nbsp;the man she called &quot;papa.&quot;

&nbsp;Azzedine Ala&iuml;a: The Couturier&nbsp;will open next May and run through October.

The selection was made by Ala&iuml;a himself, who planned to mount this retrospective before his death on November 18.
