Jonathan Anderson's tenure as creative director of Loewe will remain unforgettable in fashion's collective memory. The Irish designer (who also helms his own eponymous label, JW Anderson) led the luxury Spanish brand for 11 years, during which he transformed its clothes and accessories while boosting revenue. In honor of his leadership, Loewe made a monograph dedicated to Anderson.

The forthcoming book, titled Crafted World: Jonathan Anderson’s Loewe, combines photography of Anderson's designs over the years with a series of conversations with the visionary designer. English novelist Zadie Smith pens the foreword. The 636-page monograph, which retails for $390, is available in-store and online starting March 27. Pre-registered Loewe customers, however, can pre-order it starting March 21.

"Looking back, I’ve come to realize that a brand is not built on the first show, or even a first year of shows, it’s built slowly season upon season, year upon year, on what is right for a brand," Anderson wrote in the Instagram caption of the post announcing his departure. "Since day one, I envisioned creating a cultural brand. This idea relied heavily on the trust and generosity of the many artists, craftspeople, estates, foundations, museums and galleries who contributed their work. I am sincerely grateful to you all."

Crafted World includes snapshots of everything from Anderson's debut Loewe show (for the Spring/Summer 2015 collection) to his last runway show for the brand, campaign photography, store interiors, and more. The limited-edition book comes in a decor-worthy box with the brand's anagram embellishing each corner.

"They say all good things must to come to an end, but I disagree," Anderson continued in his Instagram note. "While my own chapter draws to a close, Loewe's story will continue for many years to come and I will look on with pride."
