L’Officiel USA Hosts a Romantic Cocktail Party at Ladurée Soho
One party isn’t enough to celebrate the first issue of L’Officiel USA. This time, we took it back to our French roots under the chandelier at Ladurée Soho, New York. On Monday, The French luxury bakery was transformed into a romantic garden cocktail party, where guests sat down on the heated patio while flipping through our first issue. Among them were illustrator Angelica Hicks, DJ Alice Longyu Gao, models Jessica Clements and Alla Kostromichova, and Oyinda.
Glasses of strawberry champagne decorated with rose petals were the Instagram-friendly drink that was most too pretty to sip. Not to mention the endless flow of Ladurée’s signature macarons, eclairs, and cream puffs on three-tier cake stands.
The afternoon was a perfect cross-section between French and New York aesthetics — given the location of a French bakery in the heart of Soho, and everything about L’Officiel USA.
